The Ekiti state governor, Kayode Fayemi, has declared a 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. curfew in the state after thugs on Friday took to the streets burning houses and looting.

Ebola: Rivers State Promises to Sanction Any School That Dares Resume Before Oct. 6

Mr Michael West, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education of the Rivers Government said on Monday that any school that reopened before Oct. 6 would be sanctioned.

While speaking with newsmen in Port Harcourt, he said that government decided to reopen schools on Oct. 6 to ensure that measures were put in place against the spread of Ebola Virus Disease.
