World’s first reusable bulletproof screen protectors launched

Manufacturer’s Sir Lancelot’s Armor have launched The Holy Grail, which it claims are the world’s strongest screen protectors for Apple, LG and Samsung devices, made from a blend of tempered, bulletproof glass.
The company said the Holy Grail is remarkably clear, easy to apply, and 100 per cent bubble-proof.
“Estimates of people with cracked or damaged screens range between 11 per cent and 23 per cent, which is no surprise because fixing broken screens costs an average of US$250. The Holy Grail was created to help people protect their investments. When we demonstrate the technology, we use hammers, drills, razors, keys, knives, saws – anything we can think of to scratch or crack the screens of a variety of mobile devices,” said Jon Cyr, chief executive officer (CEO) of Sir Lancelot’s Armor.
Apart from guaranteeing protection from screen attacks,The Holy Grail series offers screen protection from everyday scratch threats and protects from impact and scratch related screen attacks such as drops and keys.

Bowen University closed indefinitely following students' riot

The management of Bowen University this morning closed the school indefinitely following students' protest last night. Students of the private uni. say they are protesting scarcity of electricity, water and plans by the university to increase school fees. The students say they are not being treated right. "They take the light by 8am, and bring it back by 8pm and it goes off by 11pm again. We don't have water, no socket light, while our lecturers are in AC offices and cars. We have time table for eating. 7-9am for breakfast, 12-3 for lunch and 6-8 for dinner. Most times we have classes during these periods" All students have been asked to leave the university...while some students who were detained last night after the riot are yet to be released. Updates: Plane search focuses on debris

The global search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 has its best new lead, with possible debris spotted in water west of Australia.

Military aircraft and merchant ships are racing to a position in the southern Indian Ocean about 2500 kilometres southwest of Perth, where a satellite identified two floating objects.

One measured about 24 metres, while the other one was smaller.

Australian authorities say they are possible remnants of the Boeing 777 that went missing on a March 8 flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, carrying 239 people.

But John Young of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) was cautious not to raise hopes, saying the satellite imagery shows "a sort of blob" with no features to distinguish it as aircraft fragments.

"It's probably the best lead we have right now but we have to get there, find them, see them, assess them to know whether it's really meaningful or not," the emergency response division manager said.
