Drunk Glen Bonin and some of his friends while returning home after a few drinks found an 11 foot alligator on the highway and thought the only way they could help the animal was for them to get him safe off the road.

They parked and Bonin and his friends concluded that, once they succeed in covering his eyes with a white t-shirt, they will pull it by the tail and drag him off the road. Sadly, their plan didn’t work. As Bonnie tried to move closer to him, the alligator grabbed him and left him with 80 stitches.

Suarez facing maximum two-year suspension

FIFA announced it has opened an investigation into Uruguay striker Luis Suarez's apparent bite on Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini in his side's 1-0 win on Tuesday. Since the incident went unpunished during the match and was not included in the match official's report, it now falls under the FIFA Disciplinary Committee's jurisdiction. Classed as a "serious infringement," the minimum ban Suarez faces in two matches and the maximum is two years.

Four Seaer Plane Flying From Kano To Gabon Missing

A four-seater plane flying from Nigeria to Gabon via Cameroon has gone missing.

The plane, owned by the U.S. company Global Aviation, took off from Kano at 1800 hours yesterday en route Libreville in Gabon, where it was scheduled to arrive at 2300 hours, after a‎ stopover in Douala, Cameroon. But the plane, with only an American pilot on board is yet to make it to its destination.

Cameroon’s search and rescue team have already began operation.

Ekiti State Governor Elect Ayo Fayose still has a case to answer - EFCC

Ayo Fayose may have won the election in Ekiti state but he still has a corruption case to answer, this is according to EFCC Head of Media and Publicity, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren. 

Speaking with Punch Yesterday, Mr. Uwujaren said Fayose's election has not affected his ongoing trial at the Federal High Court, Ado-Ekiti, for alleged corruption.
