ONDO: PVCs Collection Extends till 13th Feb -- INEC

The INEC in Ondo State has said that registered voters can collect their Permanent Voter Cards till Friday, February 13th at the local government headquarters of the state INEC.


The Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mr. Olusegun Agbaje, made this known on Thursday in Akure that a total number of 1,016,771 PVCs had so far been collected in the state by respective voters.

He said the figure represented 67.05 per cent of the total number of registered voters.

He said a balance of 477,398 cards or 31.59 per cent had yet to be collected by their owners.

Agbaje said, “Although collection at the different collection centers will close on Sunday, people can go to the local government offices to collect their cards.

INEC officials in the state will be available at these places to attend to those coming for their cards until 5pm on Friday.

EVery Ondo citizens will have the privilege of collecting their PVCs until 5pm on the day before the election proper.
