Okgabare who this year made history by winning two gold medals at the 2014 Commonwealth Games,said all her efforts will be in vain if she does not win at the Olympics.
She further added that she has commenced preparations for the Rio 2016 Olympics,and she will be hoping to atone for her poor outing at the London 2012 Olympics.
"Certainly, the next two years are going to be tough. Really tough and I want to do great things.
“For me it is not just about going out there to compete for a medal. I want to win an individual Olympic gold. It is good for your resume, it is good for your career and it is good for your future. This is what I am looking towards to in the next two years.
“I just want to get myself ready. And as long as the good Lord is giving me strength to go on, I will go for it and I know it is going to be a lot of work,” Okabgare was quoted as saying by Vanguard Sports.
