Miley Cyrus Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

Miley Cyrus has a stalker problem. After a review of court filings on the case by a Los Angeles judge, Cyrus was awarded a temporary restraining order against an Arizona man who says he will not stop until he meets Cyrus. The court filing said Devon Meek, 24, believes the singer is communicating to him through her songs and that was enough for the judge to grant Cyrus the restraining order. See more below

The documents state that the alleged stalker is still being held in a psychiatric institute and is claiming when he’s released he “will not stop seeking out Ms Cyrus”. “She is in fear for her safety because of his mental state and apparent obsession with Cyrus,” said the court filing.
