Adams Oshiomhole Preaches Sacrifice

Governor Adams Oshiomhole has congratulated the Muslim community in Nigeria as they join their counterparts the world-over to mark this year’s Eid-el-Kabir. He urged them to imbibe the lessons of sacrifice which the festival signifies.

In a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Mr Peter Okhiria, the governor said “I rejoice with our Muslim brothers and sisters on this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration. On this occasion, I urge the Muslim faithful to remember that obedience to Allah and uprightness are some of the virtues of a true worshipper.
