PHOTOS: Pastor Confesses Adultery In Church To Congregation, Then Drops Dead

According to FOXNEWS, a Connecticut pastor seeking to cleanse his soul for a long-past infidelity met fire and brimstone, then forgiveness from his flock before reportedly keeling over from a suspected heart attack.

Bishop Bobby Davis, pastor and founder of the Miracle Faith World Outreach Church in Bridgeport, kept parishioners after services Sunday, saying he wanted to come clean about an apparent affair he’d had, one congregant told the Connecticut Post. Although police are investigating the incident, indications are that he suffered a fatal heart attack after getting a mixed response.

“After the service on Sunday, the bishop’s family asked us to remain in the church and the bishop confessed to us something that happened long ago,” parishioner Judy Stovall told the newspaper. “He wanted to come clean with all of us. He wanted to ask our forgiveness.”
Davis, who served as pastor since the church was founded in 1967, reportedly dropped to the floor during the screaming.

“We were shouting, `We forgive you, we love you,’ but the stress of all of it — he had a heart attack,” Stovall told the paper. “I held his head as he lay on the floor … Our congregation is hurting now.”
Davis, of Monroe, founded the church with his wife, Christine. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last June, the newspaper reported.
Davis was pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital. The cause of death is still under investigation, according to police sources who spoke to the newspaper.

The official cause of death is still being determined, according to the Office of the State Medical Examiner. Police spokesman William Kaempffer told the paper that a detective has been assigned to the case. “The circumstances are under investigation,” he said.

Immigration stampede: Two dead, 11 injured in Minna

The deaths in Minna bring to 13 the number of casualties in Immigration recruitment stampedes across the country.

Two applicants slumped and died at the recruitment venue in Minna on Saturday where over 12,000 applicants from the state converged for recruitment into the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reports.
The state commissioner for health, Ibrahim Sule, confirmed the death of the two applicants in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
“One female applicant was reported dead on arrival at the hospital and the male applicant died of his injuries on admission at Minna General Hospital,” he said.
He said four other male applicants were treated for their injuries and discharged, while seven females were currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
He said the Immigration Service did not liaise with the government on the recruitment exercise given the large number of applicants expected.
Officials of the Immigration Service declined to comment on the death.
NAN reports that the Government Girls Day Secondary School, Minna, venue of the exercise was packed full with the applicants who besieged the place as early as 7a.m.
Immigration officers had a hard time managing the crowd who formed long queues armed with their notification slips.
An applicant who gave his name as Mohammed told NAN that unruly behaviour of some of the applicants led to the stampede which caused the deaths.
“The pushing and shoving at the venue entrance by some unruly applicants led to the stampede resulting in injuries to some applicants, who were rushed to the hospital,” he said.
The Immigration recruitment held across Nigeria on Saturday with several reports of deaths and stampede from different states. Advertised positions were for university graduates, diploma holders and Senior Secondary School Certificate holders.
In Abuja, recruitment, at least seven job seekers died at the Abuja National Stadium while scrambling to secure seats for the recruitment test. Four deaths were reported in Port Harcourt.
 Meanwhile, 10,000 applicants took part in the exercise in Sokoto State, according to Yunusa Aliyu, the Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Sokoto Command.
“We have made adequate arrangements to ensure sanity during the screening and the writing of the one-hour examination later today,” he said. ““So far so good we have not recorded any stampede or any security problems.”
“It will be conducted successfully as we have started by the special grace of God,” Mr. Aliyu, added.
NAN observed that adequate measures had been put in place at the college as the prospective candidates were seen in long queues but in an orderly manner.
Some of the candidates who spoke to NAN commended both the state immigration command and the college for making adequate arrangements to ensure a hitch-free exercise.
Mohammed Ibrahim, an applicant with a BSC Hons. Economics holder from the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto said there was no stampede.
He said the exercise was successful. (NAN)

“I don’t use condoms”: Man infects 15-year-old boy with HIV, then brags about it on Facebook (PICTURED)

Keith “Keyoko” Sumlin has been jailed after sleeping with a 15-year old boy and infecting him with HIV on purpose.
Sumlin was charged with attempted murder and criminal transmission of the AIDS virus.  According to the police in Pembroke Pines, Florida, the man then allegedly bragged about his actions on Facebook.
According to reports, the boy told his mother that the two men slept together and that he later heard that he was HIV-positive.   The mother took her son to the hospital for an HIV test, and that’s where he found out that he is now positive.

Before they had intercourse, police say that the man lied and said that he was 21.  But he then asked the boy, “Are you really 18 years old?”
When the boy told him “no,” the man allegedly asked, “Are you 17?”  That’s when the boy said “Younger.”
In spite of the age differential, the man then proceeded to have unprotected intercourse with the boy. He met the defendant on a mobile phone app and the man invited him to his home.
A friend told the boy that Sumlin “has a secret Facebook page wherein he posts videos of himself engaging in a one sex with males that appear to be under the age of 18,” according to the police report.
The police have confirmed that such videos do exist, and Pembroke Pines detective Michael Silver says that he saw the videos himself.
“I f—ed this little boy, videotaped it and added it to the online group,” Sumlin said in the video, according to the police report. “And I don’t use condoms when I have sex and you call me sick, don’t worry about me, worry about who gave it to them.”
Sumlin is now in the Broward County Jail.
